Orders can be placed Monday mornings through Wednesday afternoons to pick up the following Wednesday. When you receive your wholesale email on Mondays, that means the online store is stocked and ready for you! The store remains open until we sell out, or until noon on Wednesday, whichever comes first.

There are three pick up options - all on Wednesdays. Please select your preferred method of pickup by adding one of these options to your cart as an item: at Weatherlow Farms in Westport MA (no extra charge); at the Seastreak Ferry in Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket ($30 delivery charge); at The Floral Reserve in Providence RI ($30 delivery charge).

When you place your order, you'll receive an automatic confirmation message from Square, which will contain a list of your ordered items. You will also receive an email message from us on the same business day to confirm that we've received your order. Finally, you'll get a reminder email from us the Tuesday before your Wednesday pickup with details about pick up.

Our Designer Buckets are a mixed bucket of at least 70 stems, with at least 7 different floral ingredients, in a color palette of your choice (within reason and seasonal availability). The ingredients are whichever flowers and foliages fit your desired color palette from our field and greenhouses at that moment, so we can't promise certain varieties. If you need a certain flower variety, please order it as a straight bunch from our other offerings. When adding a Designer Bucket Custom Palette to your cart, please indicate the desired color palette in the notes section at checkout and send us an inspiration photo if needed. If you're ordering multiple designer buckets, you may order different color palettes for each.

While we grow over 300 varieties of flowers in our field and greenhouses, there are seasonal limitations to our offerings, which means that available items shift throughout points of the season. If you aren't seeing a specific flower type, it may mean that it is not currently in season, or is already sold out. For a seasonal availability list, please visit our here.

Yes, the order minimum is $300, regardless of pick up location.

At this time, our e-commerce platform only allows us to display the farm as the pickup location. If you'd like to pick up on Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket or The Floral Reserve, please add the correct pick up option as an item in your cart, and then we will know where to deliver your order!

We can only accept orders from Monday morning through Wednesday at noon (or until the flowers are sold out, whichever comes first), for pick up/delivery the following Wednesday. If you're trying to order outside of that window, you'll get a notification at checkout.

We can only fill orders one week in advance, as nature is too unpredictable for earlier preordering than that!
