The Small Beef Box includes 5 lbs of ground beef (in 1 lb. packages), 5 lbs of premium steaks (including ribeye, NY strip), and 5 lbs of everyday and braising cuts (including roasts, short ribs, kabobs, and stew meat).
Pre-order your Bulk Boxes online and pick them up in person at the Farm Store. Our store hours are Thursday–Sunday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM. After placing your order, please contact us to schedule your pickup date.
